If you take
medication on a long term basis, you
can ask for a repeat prescription
by:
- Ticking
the medication required on the
order form and place it in the
box at the Repeat Prescriptions
window.
- Telephone
your request to the dedicated repeat
prescription line on
0300 500 0510.
- You can
post your order form to us.
- Repeat
prescriptions can now be
requested online via Emis Access

Your prescription
will be available for you to collect
at the dispensary within
2 working
days but it may be
slightly longer at the local
pharmacies.
Dispensary
The Hereward Medical
Centre has an on-site dispensary as
well as hosting the National
Co-operative Chemist Pharmacy at the
same location. Two other
pharmacies are available in Bourne -
Boots the Chemist and Tesco at their
supermarket in South Road
The Dispensary is open:

Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm
