CQC Rating GoodWe will be changing the clinical system that we use for patient notes within the practice. The new system will go live on the 16th May 2019.
We are trying to minimise disruption to our patients, however, it is inevitable this could affect the normal smooth running of the surgery and would ask patients for their patience and understanding during the transition period.
We apologise in advance for any disruptions caused by this.
We will be using clinical system “systmone” which allows integrated care with other healthcare organisations who also use the system, such as hospitals and district nurses, to help improve communication between professionals and therefore improve patient care.
Online Services
If you book appointments or order repeat prescriptions via our online facility this service will cease in its current form at the end of April 2019. We will need to re-register patients to have access via the new system, issue new log-on and passwords. This will take us a little time and will endeavour to have this done as soon as possible in June, please bear with us whilst this is done. Can we ask you contact us on e-mail address SLCCG.c83035@nhs.net stating your full details and requesting that we send you, your new username and password. We can then send this through to your e-mail address with your consent. If you would prefer you can come into reception and ask them for your new details to be printed.
Please do contact us if you have any questions and thank you in advance for your patience and understanding whilst we make these changes.
