Patient Survey About Access To Our Services 

The Four Counties Primary Care Network, which offers services for Lakeside patients in Bourne and Stamford is seeking patients’ views about accessing our practice. The survey consists of five questions which should take just a minute to complete.

It runs until 5pm on Sunday 10 March and is available here

There are also paper copies available from reception for those who do not have internet access.
