Yesterday was Social Prescribing Day

Yesterday was Social Prescribing Day and it was marked by our Primary Care Network team with stands in reception at St Mary's in Stamford and Hereward in Bourne. Link Worker Jo Dunlop, supported by Care Co-ordinators Anita Lyons and Erika Barnett, talked to patients and staff about the benefits of Social Prescribing and the broad range of local and community services available.

Jo said: 'We were able to connect patients with services for carers, community friendship groups, and menopause support.'
